Riverbridge Village Welcomes Homewood Suites by Hilton

  • by

A joint venture partnership between Riverbridge Developers and Roedel Companies, the Homewood Suites by Hilton Marlborough/Boston has been open since the Fall of 2018. Being the first extended stay hotel to open in the market in over 10 years, the hotel will offer 105 suites and is designed for corporate clients in need of lodging for more than a typical one or two-night stay.

Conveniently located within the mixed-use village, Riverbridge, at the junction of 1-495 and 1-290, the hotel boasts a FitCor fitness room, indoor pool, outdoor patio, basketball court and will host an evening reception Monday through Thursday.

The full project, from development to construction to procurement, is overseen by Roedel Companies and their subsidiaries, ROK Builders and RSJ Associates. RGH Hospitality will oversee Pre-Opening, Hotel Management and Operations for the hotel.
